Our meeting with Carla had a long nervous build up having us both on edge in the days prior. Upon meeting the lovely Carla she quickly began to ease the nerves and create a comfortable and safe space.

Nervous flared up again as the evenings events began but Carla was excellent at guiding easing into it.
